Deploying e-learning with your propietary content

e-CGS was founded in 2020 after Otto Acuña identified the major technological challenges faced by small and medium consulting firms during the pandemic while volunteering in an ICMCI initiative that connected 49 Consulting Institutes worldwide. One of the first capabilities introduced by e-CGS was Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure, enabling consultants, trainers, and Institutes to continue delivering knowledge and professional development digitally. What we do?

This short video, created in 2023 for the launch of the first e-CGS website, presents the vision behind e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ: helping consulting firms and internal consulting teams leverage technology, methodologies, and global expertise to compete more effectively in a changing business environment. Since then, e-CGS has evolved toward scalable enablement initiatives, consultant development, methodologies licensing, and internal consulting unit’s capabily development.

The Red Iberoamericana de Consultores de Gestión y Empresariales is one of the newest strategic initiatives promoted by e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ to strengthen and elevate the management consulting profession across the Spanish-speaking world. Designed as a collaborative professional development community spanning four continents and more than 550 million native Spanish speakers, the Red seeks to foster excellence, ethical practice, knowledge exchange, and international collaboration throughout the consulting ecosystem.

Inspired by globally recognized principles and the spirit of organizations such as International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, the initiative promotes the adoption of international standards including ISO 20700 for management consulting processes and the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation as the benchmark for professional competencies within the industry.

The long-term vision of the Red is to evolve into an independent Foundation dedicated to supporting consultants, consulting firms, academic institutions, buyers of consulting services, and professional associations through education, networking, thought leadership, and capability development — contributing to a stronger, more globally competitive consulting profession in Iberoamérica.
